At Azure Watches, we aim to process and deliver every order with the highest level of care and efficiency.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g. pre-orders or limited releases).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to international destinations. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Azure Watches is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Azure Watches is not liable for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, additional shipping or handling fees may apply.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe, or delivery fails due to customer inaction, Azure Watches reserves the right to deduct handling, storage, and return shipping fees from any potential refund.

Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped with tracking. Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
